-Our 2bd/1ba; 1,050 sq.ft units are currently $1,800.00 - $1,925.00

-Our 3bd/1ba; 1,200 sq.ft units are currently listed at $2,175.00

Move-in Cost:

-Security deposit of $500.00 or a Full Month's Rent (Depending on application results)

-$600 Pet deposit ($300.00 refundable and $300.00 non-refundable)

-$35.00 Monthly Pet Rent

-$250.00 Admin/ Holding Fee (Once application has been submitted, please bring in the form of cashier's check or money order ONLY)

-Pro-rated rent

Screening requirements are on the first page of the application. If you do not meet certain criteria, you will not necessarily fail screening entirely. You will have an increased security deposit and/or will need a co-signer.
