Cleaning/Prep Fee: $175
Cats allowed, dogs allowed (35lb weight limit applies). Some restrictions apply. $300 one-time pet fee, $1/day additional pet rent.

Application Fee: $75.00 for the 1st occupant and $50.00 for each occupant thereafter.
To secure a reservation, the application must be completed and the fee paid.
